LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit administration and a passion for supporting community-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities • • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team. • • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • • Coordinate and document board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. • • Track grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements. • • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. • • Support fundraising and donor engagement activities with administrative tasks. • • Maintain confidential files and records in compliance with organizational policies. • • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualification: • • 5 or more years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit setting • • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). • • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • • Familiarity with grant tracking and board governance is a plus. • • Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
