The Building People has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our federal client. The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the operations of a program office. This role involves performing specialized administrative support tasks of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature, monitoring projects and finances, and preparing complex briefings. The assistant will coordinate administrative work within the secretarial and clerical support group and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites 2010 or newer. Responsibilities include managing multiple calendars and meeting rooms using Outlook, preparing reports, making recommendations, project management, event planning, and office relocation planning.
The candidate should:
Functional areas include but are not limited to managing calendars, preparing agendas and briefing materials, arranging travel, composing correspondence, tracking issues, monitoring emails, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining files, serving as receptionist, supporting conference logistics, and developing process documents.
The position requires:
Minimum education required is a B.S. or B.A. in Business Management or a related discipline. Note that positions may require a background screening and security clearance, and telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
