Overview:

Our colleagues client is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our President in managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage the President's schedule, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.

- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, ensuring the President is well-prepared and informed.

- Handle correspondence and prioritize incoming communications.

- Conduct research and compile reports as needed of projects and initiatives.

- Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, related to the President's office.

- Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences:

- Bachelor s degree in a related field required.

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience as an executive administrative assistant.

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry

- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.

Preferred:

- Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-level management.

- Familiarity with corporate governance and board relations.

- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

- Experience in a similar industry or corporate environment.
