About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to three executives The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments. • Track, log, and organize submissions and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports accurately and on time. • Maintain clear and effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Provide general administrative support as needed, including document preparation and file organization. Requirement: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or assistant experience, preferably at an agency or studio. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with MacOS and Microsoft Suite. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
