The Colt CZ Group is expanding its firearms manufacturing network, including the Colt CZ Hungary facility, where it holds a majority share and oversees all production activities.

The new manufacturing plant aims to increase production capacity to meet the rising global demand for CZ's commercial, military, and law enforcement products, as well as its newly designed firearm platforms. Company specialists will supervise all processes, known worldwide for their high-quality engineering and manufacturing expertise.

“This partnership between Colt CZ Group and the Hungarian government, initiated in 2018, will continue to supply military-grade CZ firearms to the Hungarian Armed Forces and produce small arms for export worldwide,” the company stated. “The investment and technology transfer from CZ in Uhersky Brod, Czechia, includes advanced manufacturing processes, robotics, fully automated turning and milling centers, and sophisticated finishes.”
