Accept deliveries, sort mail, and maintain up-to-date phone lists. Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned. Handle sensitive or confidential documents and information with discretion. Support an executive team administrative environment. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of office experience, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment. Receptionist, switchboard, or administrative assistant experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
