• Assist the Director of Environmental Services in providing leadership, strategy, and direction to fulfill departmental goals.
• Manage staff, duties, and operations in compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective cleaning and hygiene services that reduce infection.
• Improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Manage staff productivity within budgetary guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered.
• Experience with stripping and waxing floors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
