Position Overview: As the Environmental Services Manager, you will lead the public area housekeeping and sanitation operations at Tropicana Laughlin, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role is pivotal in upholding Caesars Entertainment's legendary Family-Style Service, creating a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of janitorial, and sanitation teams across casino & public areas
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols that meet regulatory standards and exceed guest expectations
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of environmental services staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Collaborate with hotel and casino departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality assurance and address maintenance needs proactively
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and cost-effectiveness
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and urgency, reinforcing Caesars' commitment to exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, facilities management, or environmental services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
