Reynolds lake Oconee Properties Sales OfficeDuties:•Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills at all times.•Coordinates high volume walk-in and call traffic.•Maintains in-depth knowledge of area/directions and events•Maintains control of line and rotation of agent's positions•Maintains accurate status of each agent on a daily basis•Verifies and monitors tours on a daily basis •Keep refrigerator stocked at all times•Keep tables in reception and conference rooms clean at all times•Enters new leads into Brightdoor system•Assist Office Manager as needed•Follow Rules, Regulations, Policies and Ga. Real Estate Law•Fosters a positive attitude at all times with a commitment to teamwork•Maintains a professional image and organized office environment•Monitors marketing collateral in lobby at all times•Files buyer broker agreements•Monitors reservations daily •Prepares Lifestyle check in packets using the Jonas systemQualifications: Must have reliable transportation for daily use.Possess a valid GA Drivers License, with appropriate insurance coverage.Available to work flexible hours and holidays.College degree or equivalent work experience in the Real Estate/Customer Service Field. Exceptional Customer Interpersonal & communication skills.Excellent keyboarding skills with working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.Must be willing to learn Brightdoor property management system and Jonas SystemExcellent organizational and time management skills.Fosters a positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.2-3 years of advanced Administrative experience in an office environment.Schedule:•Every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:20 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
