Events Setup Coordinator - Stevenson University : Job Details

The Event Setup Coordinator will plan, setup, and execute campus events. This includes booking event spaces, contacting clients, identifying setup & technical requirements, and breakdown of events. Education/ Experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the event industry. Experience with audio visual equipment. Experience with scheduling software & diagram software a plus. Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record. Must be insurable. Knowledge/ Skills/ Ability Must provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external clients to meet or exceed expectations. Proficiency in Ad Astra, All Seated, or similar software is a plus. Must be computer literate with experience in Windows and Mac environments.
