Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operation Professional for a seasonal position.Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, this role ensures exceptional delivery of servicesfor weddings, upholding Misselwood's reputation for superior hospitality and seamless eventexecution.Key OutcomesImplementation of Weddings (100%):Provide unparallel service in the implementation of weddings at the estateProvide exceptional on-site management of wedding day celebrations.Collaborate with vendors and bar staff to flawlessly execute wedding expectations,creating excellent guest and customer experienceOverseeing the management of beverage service.Serve as point of contact for the Misselwood property for outside vendors, guests andMisselwood staff.Reliability Dependable and engaged with the work, the team, and

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Experience obtained from a bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or arelated field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience planning and executing events, includingWeddings.Experience in supervising staffExceptional customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail andaccuracy.Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksand remain composed under pressure.Ability to take initiative, think proactively, and maintain professionalism during stressfulsituations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to timely and respectful communication.ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
