The Events & Engagements Manager is responsible for the alignment, planning, and oversight in implementing event & engagement plans within Sanofi's global business units. Primary focus is overseeing operational activities related to services provided by Scientific External Experts (SEE) and Health Care Organizations (HCO) during the events under the scope of the Global Meetings & Events team (GM&E). They supervise Specialists and own the end-to-end process of all events within their scope, congresses and symposia, advisory board meetings, preceptorships, senior leadership meetings, standalone meetings, etc. They manage external suppliers and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, always ensuring consistent company representation and full compliance. They are responsible for developing templates, training & operational oversight with the purpose of maintaining & improving the end-to-end event & engagement process. This role reports to the Global Events & Engagements Lead.

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33
