Job Description Summary:
The University of South Alabama's Providence Foundation is seeking to hire an Events & Annual Giving Manager. Interested candidates should apply to be considered.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the Senior Associate Director of the Providence Foundation in executing the foundation's key initiatives, focusing on event logistics, sponsorship, and annual giving fundraising initiatives.
- Plays an integral role in the smooth operation of the foundation's activities and the engagement of its constituents.
- Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing major fundraising events, managing logistics, vendor management, and volunteer organization.
- Oversees sponsorship fundraising by identifying potential sponsors and cultivating relationships.
- Tracks and reports on sponsorship contributions and assists in developing event budgets.
- Reconciles event-related financials and provides general administrative support to the Senior Associate Director.
- Supports solicitations for the annual and grateful giving programs.
- Collaborates with team members within USA Medical Affairs Development and overall Development and Alumni Relations team.
- Collaborates with USA Health Providence Hospital leadership.
- Regular and prompt attendance; ability to work defined schedule and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
