In order to be considered for this role, after clicking Apply Now above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.OverviewThis position is responsible for patrolling all areas of property and parking lots, securing doors, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees and contract labor while on premises; securing property during move in/out trade shows, conventions or events.This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.50 to $16.00For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesPerforms customer service duties, offering directions to various points of interest, including seats, restrooms, concessions, etc.Scans tickets and provides data to the Box Office Manager.Monitors patron access areas and patrons in seating areas as well as reports potential hazards.Provides assistance to patrons before, during and after events.Assists in directing customers to seats, restrooms, first aid, etc.Performs visual reviews to ensure no contraband items enter the facility.Responsible for providing customer assistance and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patrons.Responsible for monitoring and controlling crowd.QualificationsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent customerservice skillsAbility to work independently and as a productive member of a teamCapable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
