Event Services Staff | Part Time | Thief River Falls Complex - Spectra Experiences : Job Details

Foster a positive and enjoyable environment with positive attitude for all guests attending an event. Responsibilities may include ticket scanning, ticket taking, partial security screening, guest questions, responding to incidents on venue property, directing guests to seating locations, etc. Ensure all guests are following venue, act, or promoter specific rules and regulations. Provide assistance to patrons with special needs or wheelchair access. Direct guests in a variety of situations including emergencies. Monitor and report any potential unsafe situations to direct supervisor. Hand out flyers or other promotional items. Find opportunities to improve the guest experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Employee must be at least 18 years old. High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience).
