The ideal candidate will assist with eventsetup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. - Support event coordinators in managing event logistics and timelines. - Greet and direct guests, providing excellent customer service. - Handle registration and check-in processes. - Assist with audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas. - Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful event execution.Skills and Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). - Basic technical skills for handling audiovisual equipment. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Previous event assistance experience is a plus. - Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
