**The Opportunity:**

FE International has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated and organized Event Manager, who has got the drive to create unforgettable conference and event experiences within a rapidly growing global organization from within our marketing team. We are looking for a team member to lead all logistical, administrative, financial, and operational details of event management, from conception through post-event wrap up.

**Responsibilities:**

* Run and organize FEs yearly LTV Conf;

* Plan and coordinate FEs attendance, sponsoring and speaking at multiple local, national and international events per month;

* Plan and coordinate VIP client events;

* Help source and pitch to events and speaking opportunities;

* Secure strategic event sponsorships;

* Coordinate merchandise and logistics for all events;

* Manage post-event reporting within team;

* Coordinate social media strategy during events as needed;

* Coordinate event invites for clients and prospective clients;

* Other ad hoc duties as required.

* Exceptionally detail-oriented and deadline-driven self-starter;

* Have an analytical and inquisitive mindset;

* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;

* Proficient in MS Office; and

* Have a valid passport and be willing to travel as needed (not all events)

**Experience and Education:**

* 5+ years experience in event management;

* Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, PR or similar; and

* Experience in software, e-commerce or technology M&A is a plus.
