We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Event Content & Engagement to drive the programming and promotion of our company's event agendas and speakers. This pivotal role will be instrumental in curating high-impact programs and speaker lineups that align with our overarching brand and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of successful program development and promotion, exceptional collaboration and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of the industry we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of a cohesive event program that supports the company's key priorities and brand identity.
• Partner with internal teams, including content and marketing teams, to identify relevant topics, structure compelling discussions, and shape innovative event concepts that resonate with our business goals and target audience.
• Research and secure impactful speakers for various event formats, including presentations, panels, and digital engagements. This involves cultivating relationships with key industry influencers and effectively inviting their participation.
• Conduct in-depth research through various channels, including industry news, internal insights, and market trends, to identify high-profile and engaging speakers.
• Work closely with relevant departments to facilitate the creation of speaker-related promotional materials and visuals for multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement email communications, and maintain event websites to highlight event agendas and featured speakers.
• Coordinate the scheduling of speaker promotion activities with the digital, marketing and content teams, ensuring alignment across all platforms.
• Stay informed about evolving trends and best practices in event development and promotion, applying this knowledge to continuously refine our event offerings.
• Ensure all event activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in event management, encompassing both program development and marketing, with a proven track record of successful events within our industry or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong aptitude for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Robust project management skills, including the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to strict timelines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and email marketing platforms, along with proficiency in standard office productivity software.
• A strong understanding of our industry and target markets, with the ability to contribute to the development of relevant event themes and effective marketing strategies.
