Event Bar Captains - Constellation Culinary : Job Details

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced and motivated event captain to our team. As an event captain, you will have the opportunity to ensure smooth food service for a variety of events and supervise front and back of house activity.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team of event staff and kitchen staff to direct a successful service.
• Facilitating transportation of equipment and service, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas, and room decoration.
• Handling customer service needs.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and service knowledge.
• At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Food Handler's certification
