Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing resident care by expertly scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Creating a compassionate environment through support for residents and their families
• Addressing questions and requests from residents and staff promptly
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by implementing relevant rules and regulations
• Safeguarding resident confidence through careful handling of confidential information
• Managing documentation of resident care services efficiently
• Fostering a cooperative relationship among all healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid NYS RN license
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required
• Demonstrated leadership skills as a positive Team Director
• Familiarity with EHR and ePrescribing programs
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Availability to work every other weekend is essential
