Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice and support to Residents and their families.
• Monitoring Resident health and administering medications and treatments.
• Documenting Resident care services accurately in records.
• Protecting Residents and staff by strictly adhering to infection-control policies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address Resident needs.
• Ensuring high-quality care aligns with our Facility philosophies and standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality to uphold Resident trust.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current New York State RN License.
• Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
