Job Description :

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience

  • Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience 2 years of program management experience

  • Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience 1 year of program management experience

Relevant Work Experience

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information, required. Required

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills, required. Required

  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, and the ability to see the big picture as well as attention to detail, required. Required

  • Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, required. Required

  • Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required. Required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), required. Required

  • Experience presenting to small and large audiences, preferred. Preferred

  • Experience with or knowledge of load management technologies, preferred. Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Company operations and policies, preferred. Preferred

  • Experience working with local, County, City and State governments, preferred. Preferred

  • Experience working with Department of Public Service Staff and the preparation of regulatory filings, preferred. Preferred

  • 5 years of experience leading or supporting clean energy projects or programs, preferred. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Additional Physical Demands

  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
