Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Commerce Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in ETL, databases, and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL, PL/SQL programming, Linux shell scripting, and data analysis, ensuring seamless data processing and integration across multiple database environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call production support, promptly identifying and resolving defects while maintaining SLA commitments.
- Monitor and analyze job logs and performance metrics to detect trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues by reviewing logs, implementing design changes, and following established change management procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and best practices.
- Manage and resolve data load delays and database server downtimes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and optimize data processing workflows.
- Work on database integrations between Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
Technical Skills Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in SaaS Oracle Commerce Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of ETL and database technologies (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in SQL (minimum intermediate level).
- Expertise in Linux shell scripting (file manipulation, file transfers, automation).
- Solid understanding of Oracle Database (Multi-Tenant architecture, schemas, roles, grants).

- GIT configuration control experience.
