Job Details

Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related field 5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projectsExperience with lump sum and negotiated work preferredReview and understand all bid documents and assess potential risksPrepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bidsReview estimates with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate packagesBuy out job, award to subcontractors and manage contract processInterested in hearing more?
