Estimator - Coffey Building Group : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator, located in El Dorado Hills, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints and technical documents, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, budgets and monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and reviewing blueprints and technical documents
• Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field industry experience.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in metal stud framing, drywall, and specialty trades, is a plus
