Are you an experienced Estimator looking for an opportunity where your expertise will play a central role in shaping high-impact commercial interior projects from the ground up?

On offer is an exciting senior level opportunity to join a technically driven, respected firm where your expertise and attention to detail will be central to every project's success.

This well-established company is a highly respected commercial interiors firm known for delivering high-spec interior projects across corporate, hospitality, and institutional sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, and decades of experience in the industry. They are now looking for an Estimator to support their continued success.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the estimating process from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. You'll review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed cost breakdowns, and manage subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure clarity from day one

This role would suit an Estimator from a commercial interiors or architectural millwork background, looking for an impactful position within a well-respected firm.

The Role:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for commercial interior fit-outs.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors during preconstruction.

The Person:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in estimating for commercial interiors or millwork.
• Skilled in reviewing specifications, drawings and managing cost breakdowns and bid packages.
