Job Description :

A growing boutique law firm in Denver is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs
  • Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
  • Handle establishment of trusts and health care documents/advance directives
  • Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals
  • Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Colorado law license in good standing
  • 2+ years of relevant experience. Prior estate planning experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing, legal research, and analytical skills
  • Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expected annual compensation range is $100,000 - $150,000.

This is a contract-to-hire role that will convert into a permanent position 90 days after starting the initial contract assignment.
