Our client is seeking an Estate Manager to join their team in a permanent full-time position (no remote working). Applications are open to candidates seeking full or part-time positions.
Location: Dover
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Estate Manager Skills and Qualifications
- MRICS qualification (Property Related), minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Some experience in building surveying and maintenance
- Proven track record of working with key stakeholders and property management
- Ability to identify new opportunities
- Understanding of financial and budgetary implications
- Basic knowledge of business rates and VO functions
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours if required
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
Estate Manager - Job Summary
- Management of leases, rent reviews, and general estate management tasks
- Manage relationships with the engineering (facilities management) team and contractors to ensure excellent service
- Oversee delivery of advertising agreements
- Manage aged debt for the property business
- Ensure statutory and lease compliance
- Manage cleaning and waste activities affecting properties
- Coordinate Energy Performance ratings and advise on legislative changes
- Develop relationships with customers, managing queries and complaints effectively
