Stephens County School Bus Monitor/Aide An ESS employee in this class rides a school bus on assigned route(s) and schedule to provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the programs and offerings of the school system. Employee must exercise tact and courtesy in maintaining acceptable relations with parents/guardians of students transported and with school personnel. Hours are approximately 6-8am and 2-4 pm Monday - Friday. This is a 4 hour work day. Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for students riding on bus route
- Supervise and attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs during bus route
- Perform other duties as directed by the school administration

- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- FBI/Criminal History background Clearance
