ERP / Applications Analyst - Ferretti Search : Job Details

Ferretti Search is engaged by a growing manufacturer seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join their IT team based out of the New Jersey market. This role focuses on ERP system support, data analytics, and business process optimization across multiple departments, including finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations. You'll partner directly with business leaders and IT vendors to ensure system efficiency and performance.

Location: Manasquan, NJ

Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 + Bonus

What will your day look like?

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system solutions.
• Support ERP migration, EDI vendor consolidation, and system integration projects.
• Liaise between IT vendors and business units, focusing on finance, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Recommend process improvements, create documentation, and ensure effective user training and adoption.
• Provide system support without hands-on troubleshooting — focus on analytics, user-facing issues, and project support.

Who are you?

• Business Systems Analyst: 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise application analysis, ERP, or related IT roles.
• Manufacturing & Logistics Knowledge: Background in manufacturing, warehouse management, or supply chain environments strongly preferred.
• ERP & Tools: Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Softeon WMS, or similar systems is a plus; EDI experience also beneficial.
• Strong Soft Skills: Able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and communicate technical concepts to business teams.
• Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
