• Location: Germantown, TN 38138 - Join a welcoming suburban community near Memphis, known for beautiful parks, excellent dining, and top-rated schools.
• Healthcare Setting: Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/22/2025 - End: 12/22/2025)
• Nursing Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,780 - $1,910
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (required for Tennessee nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (Level I Trauma experience required)
• At least 1 completed previous travel nursing assignment
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Valid driver's license required
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility
• All requested time off must be included at time of submission

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by physicians
• Accurately document patient care using Cerner (preferred)
• Float to similar units and campuses within 20 miles as needed
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required
• Work at least 2 of 3 major holidays if assignment overlaps with Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
