Role Summary

The Equity Research Associate Analyst role at T. Rowe Price involves providing fundamental equity research support within a structured program designed to develop future analysts. Exceptional performers may be promoted to Equity Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct company and industry-related research projects.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers.
  • Perform extensive financial analysis.
  • Interact with public company CEOs and CFOs.
  • Provide investment insights to impact the investment process.
Required Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (equity research or banking preferred).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience building three-statement models.
  • Business Services specific experience is a plus.
  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity.
  • Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research.
  • Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from research and analysis.
Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, allowing up to one day per week from home.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00, with potential for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
