About the Role
The Equipment & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery, setup, maintenance, and return of equipment, ensuring timely and professional service while managing a team and maintaining safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Must hold or obtain a CDL license
- Coordinate delivery, setup, maintenance, and return of equipment per project requests
- Manage scheduling to ensure timely and professional equipment service, including on-call rotation with nights and weekends
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, creating a positive impression
- Order, track, and verify rental equipment and supplies as requested
- Keep accurate records of equipment models, serial numbers, and fuel usage
- Review rental invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Operate and oversee hauling, setup, and takedown of industrial drying, HVAC, power generation, and related equipment
- Complete daily timesheets and adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and chemical handling procedures
- Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies
- Supervise temporary laborers and assist in directing team efforts as needed
- Maintain updated inventory records for warehouse and operational trailers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid State Driver's License required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to complete Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and maintain accurate driving records
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and perform minor repairs on equipment or vehicles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with mobile devices and software applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and management effectively
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
- Ability to direct temporary labor and achieve management goals
- Commitment to safety, including following all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Ability to adapt to changes in work direction and perform well under stress or difficult situations
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight and extended trips for severe weather or major projects
- IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, CDS) are highly preferred

Pay range and compensation package
Pay: $52k-59k (DOE)
