Epic Radiant Analyst - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to join our client's health IT team on a 26-week contract. This role focuses on supporting Epic EHR systems, primarily the Radiant module, through system design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and support Epic Radiant and related modules (e.g., Bugsy, HOD, Blood Bank workflows).
• Understand clinical workflows and translate into Epic functionality.
• Perform gap analysis and document business requirements and system specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide go-live and day-in-the-life support.
• Conduct integrated, charge, and Ronin reviews; develop quick reference guides.
• Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Lead or contribute to project plans, testing scripts, and change control processes.
• Train and mentor users and support readiness activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Certification: Active Epic Radiant certification required
• Experience:
• 2+ years in healthcare or 1+ year supporting Epic or similar clinical systems
• Experience with specialty diagnostics (e.g., neurology, pulmonary) a plus
• Previous go-live support experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Epic functionality & clinical workflows
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively

Additional Information:

• Location: Indialantic, FL 32903
• Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/ 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: 26 Week Contract
• Pay Rate: $80 - $90/hour (based on experience)
