Pride Health is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to join our client's health IT team on a 26-week contract. This role focuses on supporting Epic EHR systems, primarily the Radiant module, through system design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and support Epic Radiant and related modules (e.g., Bugsy, HOD, Blood Bank workflows).
- Understand clinical workflows and translate into Epic functionality.
- Perform gap analysis and document business requirements and system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide go-live and day-in-the-life support.
- Conduct integrated, charge, and Ronin reviews; develop quick reference guides.
- Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Lead or contribute to project plans, testing scripts, and change control processes.
- Train and mentor users and support readiness activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certification: Active Epic Radiant certification required
- Experience:
- 2+ years in healthcare or 1+ year supporting Epic or similar clinical systems
- Experience with specialty diagnostics (e.g., neurology, pulmonary) a plus
- Previous go-live support experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Epic functionality & clinical workflows
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively

- Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/ 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: 26 Week Contract
- Pay Rate: $80 - $90/hour (based on experience)
