Epic PB Analyst - Insight Global : Job Details

Location: Hybrid in NYC 3x a week - (Midtown Manhattan)

Must Haves:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Certification in Epic Professional Billing
• Minimum of two years experience in support of practice management, billing, or coding systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Day to Day:

A hospital system sitting in New York is seeking an Epic Professional Billing Analyst. This person will be supporting the Epic Resolute application working under a team of sr level analysts, this person will configure, build & install the application. General responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and maintain the Professional Billing (PB) module within the Epic Resolute application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide expertise in billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, claims, and charge routing.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize system functionality.
• Write documentation specifications and analyze results to propose solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to professional billing.
