Epic Data Courier Analyst - Product Services & Management Analyst - Northwell Health : Job Details

Maintains and manages Data Courier connections across multiple Epic environments. Monitors and validates build migrations across environments. This includes the ability to deploy and maintain Data Courier interfaces and environment ports. Configures Data Courier behavior to align with organizational change control processes. Maintains environmental version control, and educating the department of these change control processes. Triages and resolves errors in build migrations. Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to enforce and refine change management SOPs. Leads troubleshooting efforts during critical incidents. Runs and leads Department-level Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring rigorous adherence to changing control standards. Conducts periodic audits of build migrations, ensuring compliance to change control standards Assist with Epic version upgrades, managing the progress of application teams in upgrade projects.
