Epic Client Systems Administrator

Employment Type: Contract W2 only

Pay Range: $50 - $110/hr

Description

• Support backend infrastructure for EPIC client systems.
• Maintain Citrix, Hyperspace, and print configurations.
• Monitor and support workstation connectivity.
• Ensure system performance and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support end-user environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer EPIC client systems and Citrix delivery.
• Troubleshoot workstation and session issues.
• Configure updates and manage system images.
• Implement security protocols and software upgrades.
• Document procedures and support logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EPIC client systems administration experience.
• Experience with Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Understanding of EPIC Hyperspace deployment models.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
