We're always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family.Hybrid - 75% Remote, 25% Onsite (Traveling to NJ)Covid Vaccine & Booster RequiredMust have Project Management experience implementing the Epic Research ModuleNo 3rd PartiesRole DescriptionAs an Epic Certified Research Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes making recommendations for resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects as planned. The Epic Research Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle in ambulatory and/or inpatient settings. You will be responsible for effectively communicating project health across the organization and knowing when to escalate issues to management.Location: New Jersey – 75% remote, 25% onsiteResponsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the program and project schedule from kickoff through requirements analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
  • Planning – manage all components of initiation, including project kickoff, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
  • Project Execution – manage solution design, implementation, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Provide status updates, budget planning, resource procurement, meeting facilitation, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, including risk, communication, change management, and test plans; identify dependencies.
  • Drive resolution of project risks, scope, schedule, budget, vendor engagement, and overall governance.
  • Manage relationships with third parties.
  • Project Closure – oversee all closure activities, including production turnover and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Epic Research Certification is required.
  • 5+ years of project leadership experience on Epic projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
  • Process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ITIL) preferred.
  • Deep experience managing Epic Research projects.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
