Job Description

Position: Anesthesia/Op Time

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Ambulatory

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyze, and document business operations and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot problems, address user questions, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
  • Review, test, and implement changes, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Create, review, and update test scripts to reflect workflow solutions.
  • Support training by informing trainers of new functionalities and system changes.
  • Analyze new release functionalities to assess impact.
  • Understand interface requirements and testing processes.
  • Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
  • Follow quality assurance processes, including change management and testing.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Certified in at least one Epic application.
    • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in desktop tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
