HUD ESA & PCA Assessor. Performs HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA) and/or Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Experience with HUD 221 (d)(4), HUD 223(f), and/or HUD 232 loan requirements for CNA and ESA scopes of work. Preferable but not essential to have additional experience with performing ASTM Property Condition Assessments (PCA) to E 2018, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ES - As) E 1527.
