Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:As a Sr. Product Manager, Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA and dev ops to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partners. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Business Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threats. Gather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee product development projects. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• User Experience: Work with designers to create user-centric product designs. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Agile Methodology: Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development management. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management. Experience in digital product development is preferred.
