Environmental Sr. Project Scientist or Engineer - C & S Engineers : Job Details

C&S is seeking a full-time Senior Project Environmental Scientist or Engineer to join our Environmental Service Group in our Buffalo, New York office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing and serving as technical expert on regulatory compliance projects spanning a variety of technical areas such as petroleum and chemical bulk storage, storm water, hazardous waste, etc. Complete marketing and business development activities Provide proposal development, project estimating, and technical document preparation Complete field activities Prepare various technical reports, permits, and plans Overseeing project financials and staff execution of project tasks Complete quality assurance review of others' work Provide staff management and development Skills/ Education/ Experience ?
