Environmental Reviewer

We are seeking an Environmental Sr Reviewer to lead technical reviews and sign off on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge in geology, environmental science, or engineering. The candidate must be detail-oriented, experienced with equity and lender ESAs, and capable of mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical reviews and sign-offs as an Environmental Professional (EP) on Phase I ESAs.

Coordinate with junior staff during the Phase I ESA process.

Communicate findings with clients effectively.

Manage research, field activities, and report preparation.

Mentor and guide junior staff.

Develop conclusions and recommendations based on findings.

Interpret data and information accurately.

Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff.

Prepare comprehensive technical reports for clients.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related science field.
• 5-10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs.
• 5-10 years or more of experience in technically reviewing and providing sr sign-off on Phase I ESAs.
• Experience in preparing equity purchase Phase I ESAs.
• Experience in preparing Lender Phase I ESAs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to mentor junior staff.
• Experienced in geology, environmental science, or engineering.

This position can be hybrid if local to Moorestown, NJ, or fully remote with 5-10% travel. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
