What Will You Get To Do:
  • Ensure company's EHS policies comply with local, state & federal regulations
  • Identify applicable Health & Safety regulations & risks while interacting with cross functional teams
  • Provide leadership to the company with Process Safety Management programs. procedures, trainings etc.
  • Investigate & analyze near misses, accidents, injuries & incident trends, and assist in the root cause analysis process
  • Participate in the company's health & safety audits
  • Work with outside vendors to manage cost & inventory
  • Coach & develop others to ensure organizational success, identify talent and provide opportunities to learn & grow
What Will You Bring:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in safety, occupational health, public health industrial hygiene or another safety related field
  • 5 years of experience leading safety teams
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Health & Safety Management systems
  • Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office skills, safety systems, Adobe, cloud ERP programs like Oracle and safety systems
  • Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), First Aid/CPR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
