The EHS Manager at our Enderlin, ND facility is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety compliance and programs to ensure a safe and regulatory-compliant workplace. This position operates independently without direct reports but collaborates closely with plant management and staff to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive occupational health, safety, and environmental programs tailored to the facilitys operations and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Serve as the primary contact for all safety and environmental incidents, including injury and incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
