Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm with over 33 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Environmental Engineer in the New York City area. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience with regulatory agencies, including USACE, USFWS, NMFS, NJSHPO, NJSE (HMDC), and NJDEP.

This position is full-time, on-site. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York Metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with regulatory agencies, including USACE, USFWS, NMFS, NJSHPO, NJSE (HMDC), and NJDEP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Creative Suite, e-Builder, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficiency in CAD drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
