Summary
We are recruiting an EHS Manager to lead the design and implementation of environmental, health, and safety systems for our client's new manufacturing facility. This role is vital to ensuring a safe and compliant start-up while building a strong safety culture from day one, in support of our client's mission to safely produce cooling and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs for a new manufacturing site.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Lead job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Create and deliver safety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
- Design and implement environmental management systems, including waste handling, emissions control, and regulatory reporting.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Partner with leadership and employees to foster a proactive, behavior-based safety culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Safety Management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment production.
- Experience implementing safety systems during plant start-up or ramp-up phases.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
