We are seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) to lead the industrial hygiene program at a major facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the industrial hygiene program for the site
• Develop sampling strategies, conduct or oversee exposure assessments, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Deliver hazard training and ensure correct use of PPE
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for new operations and projects
• Collaborate with leadership to embed EHSS best practices across site operations
• Develop and improve EHSS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, NJDEP, and other regulations
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Maintain EHSS platforms for compliance tracking and reporting
• Provide coaching, leadership, and training to operations and site teams
• Manage external agency interactions and regulatory inspections as needed
• Support site recordkeeping and reporting requirements at federal, state, and local levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• 7+ years of EHSS experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing setting
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and related regulatory requirements
• Experience designing and executing industrial hygiene and workplace safety programs
• Solid incident investigation and CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EHSS management systems
• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
