Job Title: Entry-Level Tooling Engineer
Reports to: Tooling Engineer

Note: We need a trainable entry-level engineer (US Citizen) who is okay with learning on the forge floor.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level engineer to join our tooling team. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate who is eager to learn forging operations, die/tooling processes, and hands-on manufacturing. The position will start with floor-level training in forging and tooling and grow into technical engineering responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and support day-to-day forging and tooling processes.
- Assist in measuring die/tool dimensions and product quality.
- Work with CAD/CAM tools (NX, Catia – training provided as needed).
- Support die/tool life improvements, cost reduction, and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with forge engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to tooling and forging processes.
- Provide documentation and support for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops in manufacturing a plus).
- Strong interest in tooling, forging, and manufacturing engineering.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software preferred (NX or Catia a plus).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on the shop floor and learn from experienced engineers.
- US Citizenship required.
Work Conditions:
- Mix of office and forge floor environment.
- Hands-on role with exposure to heat, noise, and heavy equipment.
- Occasional lifting (10–30 lbs).
