What is an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter?

As an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter, you will inform homeowners how going solar can reduce or eliminate their rising electricity bills. You will then schedule appointments with a solar specialist to explain how solar works. Candidates will receive paid training. The ideal candidates are charismatic, financially driven, passionate about helping their community and the environment, and eager to learn, grow, and succeed. This role offers two career paths: JR Solar Specialist and Solar Setter Management.

ResponsibilitiesIncome Expectations:
  • On-target earnings with base pay plus commissions and bonuses are currently $1,400-$2,000 weekly or $74,000-$106,000 annually.
  • 1.5x commission payout for weekend set appointments.
  • $1,000 monthly bonus for consistently hitting quota.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend optional

  • Generate solar appointments with homeowners.
  • Ensure customers are excited and sit for the appointment.

  • Support solar specialists through effective communication and note-taking.
